You may not be too familiar with hottie Emmy Rossum yet, unless you, like us, are a devotee of cheesy disaster flicks and can't get enough of watching The Day After Tomorrow -- she played Jake Gyllenhaal's love interest, although she didn't have much to do except sit around and wait to get rescued for the majority of the second half of the movie.
